Terms of Service
Please read this carefully before using our site.
This site is a free, entertainment-focused collection of would you rather questions and similar conversation prompts. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, psychological, financial or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. You are responsible for how you choose to use the questions and for the conversations that follow.
By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you are using the site under the supervision of a parent, guardian or responsible adult, and that you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes: to play games with friends, family, students, colleagues or audiences. You may not copy large portions of the database to build a competing service, use the site in an illegal way, attempt to break or overload it, or use the content to harass, bully or otherwise harm others. We reserve the right to change, pause or discontinue the site at any time without notice.
We collect and process only the minimum amount of data needed to keep the site running and to understand basic usage trends. We do not operate user accounts and we do not ask you to log in. For details about what we collect and how we protect it, please read our Privacy Policy. If you contact us via our embedded contact form (see placeholder form below), we will use the information you submit only to respond to your message and to improve the project.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owners and contributors of this site are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. You are responsible for choosing questions that are appropriate for your specific group, including children, students or professional settings, and for moderating the conversation accordingly.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time as the site evolves. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
We do not currently offer support by phone or email. If you need to reach us, the best way is to use the small embedded contact form on our About page (the form is loaded via an iframe at a URL that will appear here once it is live: <IFRAME_CONTACT_FORM_URL_PLACEHOLDER>). We are a tiny team, so please allow some time for a reply.
